Considering that our clients trust us and
outsource their work to us, we are morally bound to ensuring that the client's interests are protected and that secrecy of client data is maintained.
All work is done within our CAD center. No employee is permitted to take out any drawings/documents/storage media from our premises. Internet access to employees is extremely controlled/monitored so that the possibility of unauthorized mailing of client data is eliminated.
Also, just in case there ever is a problem at the client's end, all our input and output documents are stored on media and can be retrieved any time for free.
Ours being an owner driven company, it is easier to handle such issues. We are agreeable to entering into confidentiality agreements with our clients.
